Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Zenzoi you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Simply contact us for return requests.

Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?

A: Chizoi, LLC (dba Zenzoi), is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida. If you are shipping to Florida, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
