Logistics
 
We offer shipping on orders within the United States of America, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, as well as shipping on international orders.  We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.  Once you place your order we will send a tracking number to the email address that you have provided with your order, which you can use to track your order’s specific shipment details. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.  We strive to process your order on the business day immediately following the date that you place your order.  While it varies based on location, after your order has been processed you can expect to receive your order within three (3) to five (5) business days for domestic orders.  For international orders, the amount of time it takes to receive your order will vary based upon the country of destination.
 
We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice. We use a third party to make shipments of products.  As such, we are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If your order is not received in the time frame stated or you received your order damaged, please contact us or the shipping carrier to file a claim.  If you receive a damaged product, please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim. 


Charges and Fees
 
Prices for our products, including any associated shipping fees and charges, are shown in U.S. dollars.  If your shipment cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs (including any taxes, duties, or other related changes).  The amount of these charges will be deducted from any refunds we give to you.
 
We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order or that are payable in connection with a shipment of your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 
 
We charge shipping and handling for all orders. We offer both standard and expedited shipping methods.  Orders over $25.00 qualify for free standard domestic shipping. All orders with expedited domestic shipping qualify for a flat fee of $10.00 within the United State of America. International orders qualify for a flat charge of $12.00.  The amount of the shipping and handling charges will vary based on your desired shipping location, including your orders destination country, and the shipping method that you select for your order. You will have the opportunity to find out what your shipping and handling charges are prior to placing your order.  You may receive shipments in separate boxes.
